歪みのないきれいなフレームでクリップを切ってから、tpad=stop_mode=clone:stop_duration=1 でその最後のフレームを1秒延ばします。tpadはクリップの最後のフレームだけを複製するので、途中の場面を止めるには、先に切っておく必要があります。文字は、Pillowで作った画像を重ねます。
Cut the clip at its decisive clean frame, then hold that frame for one second to land the punchline: ffmpeg -t 2 -i in.mp4 -vf tpad=stop_mode=clone:stop_duration=1 -an out.mp4. Pick a frame without distortion, and put a title card or caption over the freeze.
