AIには文字を描かせません。開始フレームに文字の余白を空けておき、Pillowで作ったフレームごとのPNGを overlay で重ねるか、After Effectsで作ります。ffmpegの drawtext は、libfreetypeを入れてビルドしたときだけ使えるフィルターなので、インストールしたffmpegにはないかもしれません（ffmpeg -filters で確認）。
Make a one-word title drop in and settle in the center at second 1, using a transparent PNG you designed yourself (never let the AI draw the letters): ffmpeg -i in.mp4 -i word.png -filter_complex "[0:v][1:v]overlay=x=(W-w)/2:y='(H-h)/2-max(0,1-(t-1)*4)*300':enable='gte(t,1)'" -c:a copy out.mp4. Time the landing to a hit sound.
